Cowboy
The opening sequence of Midnight Cowboy begins with the camera so close to a drive-in movie screen that the audience can't tell where they're at. Slowly, the camera pulls back to reveal a playground and horses, and as it pulls back further we see the familiar speaker poles and finally the main building. Meanwhile, we hear someone singing "Get along little doggies." This someone we learn is Joe Buck, who is singing while he showers. Juxtaposed with Joe showering and getting dressed, we see people at a diner yelling "Where's that Joe Buck?"
